Katie Moussouris is the Chief Policy Officer for HackerOne, a platform provider for coordinated vulnerability response & structured bounty programs. Katie’s earlier Microsoft work encompassed industry-leading initiatives such as Microsoft’s bounty programs & Microsoft Vulnerability Research. She is a New America Foundation Fellow, ex-hacker, ex-Linux developer, and persistent disruptor.

Kevin is an entrepreneur and technologist with a background in mobile and web technology, security, and privacy. He is responsible for driving Lookout’s technology to protect people from current and future threats. Michael Barrett Co-Founder and CEO, Stealth Security
Michael Barrett is the co-founder and CEO of an early stage enterprise security company, Stealth Security. He was also the former CISO of PayPal. Michael's expertise has been recognized by policy makers and he has testified to a US congressional committee, a select committee of the UK House of Lords, an OECD inquiry into recommendations for member states, and a Highlands Forum (US DoD think tank) meeting.
